This time of the year in Catalonia it's tradition to eat (or should you have the skills, bake) "panellets" a sweet made mostly of almond and sugar with many variants.

I love the ones with pine nuts or lemon 🤩

These are homemade, my mum is the best (they made like 3kg worth 😂 )
