    You might have heard that "EV sales are slumping", "people are starting to avoid EVs", etc.

    That's not what's happening.

    What's happening is "Tesla is cratering so hard that it's skewing the aggregate market data."

    @ShredderFeeder @mhoye Our panel is full too but we previously had a Nissan leaf and the charger that it came with just plugged into a regular plug. It only did slow charging but that worked for us

    I just killed a microscopic spider suspended from the ceiling in front of my face. I've investigated the entire area & don't see any more baby spiders but now I'm going to have to assume any tiny twinge I feel is a tiny spider crawling on me.... Which isn't fun because I STILL HAVE SHINGLES! 😭 Do everything you can to avoid shingles.

    The most ridiculous thing about cop procedural shows is when they ask where a person was, and what they were doing at a specific time the person always has perfect and immediate recall. I'd be desperately trying to remember what day of the week that was, and trying to open my phone calendar. If I was the cop, I'd immediately be suspicious of the person who remembered exactly where they were and what they were doing.

    @lzg @petrillic I have riddle's muse and quite enjoy it but it's WAYYYYYYY too strong to wear to work. It's supposed to smell like bergamot, mandarin, jasmine, coconut, neroli, and amber. To me it smells a lot like artificial banana but I still really like it. It definitely has strong jasmine notes once it dries down

    John Steinbeck is awarded the Pulitzer Prize for his novel The Grapes of Wrath.

    The book was first published in April 14, 1939. The book won the National Book Award & Pulitzer Prize for fiction, & it was cited prominently when Steinbeck was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1962. When preparing to write the novel, Steinbeck wrote: "I want to put a tag of shame on the greedy bastards who are responsible for this [the Great Depression and its effects]."

I found out I have shingles today, which is bullshit because I'm basically a decade away from qualifying for the shingles vaccine 😞 So if you follow me for boosts...     I like MacIntosh, Cortland, maybe Granny Smith apples. Hard to find at this time of year. I was craving apples, so fellow picked up some Cosmic Crisps. Not a fan. Crispy, but too sweet. A bit better than Red Delicious, which I really don't like, but, good to try, not again.

    Foxtail season is SO BAD in socal this spring, dog and cat owners beware.

    We had to take our sweet little dog to the vet for an emergency procedure to get a huge foxtail out of his nose, even though we are DILIGENT about keeping him away from them 😭

    We also learned they can totally acclimate to a horrible foxtail; he stopped sneezing and seemed fine, but we still took him in and are so glad we did.

    @grimalkina Our dog needed emergency surgery on a paw a few years back because of foxtails. Now we do regular paw inspections but I did not know we needed to inspect the nostrils too!

    In the mood for a music star biopic, anybody know any movies where the musician or musicians have a dream to "make it" and they do songs and some bold capitalist person recognizes their talents and they're close to "making it" but OH NO someone has an emotional or drug issue that might derail their "making it" train but then they overcome that and "make it" and have a triumphal music show to demonstrate their triumph?

    Tesla has texted or called me at least 10 times in the last month to offer incentives if I lease a new car with them after my Model Y ends at the start of May. They are quite litterally desperate.

    If I chose to re-up with them I could get quite a deal. I’ve told their reps multiple times I won’t support Tesla as along as Elon Musk is the CEO of the company. Gotta wonder how long Tesla shareholders will put up with him in charge. https://mastodon.online/@electrek/112201815082910986

(I think they were like 75% off) I took a screenshot of your post and thought about showing it to him but decided against it & he decided to return them on his own... THEY ARE WORSE IN PERSON! 😅😅😅😂🤐
