Ridiculed at first, "Flash Gordon" has become a campy cult classic, and Sam J. Jones talks about getting the role and making the film.

Monty, the elder gay proprietor saw I liked the music and offered to lend me his cassette. I popped it into the player in my rental, a red convertible Spider, and drove for a while, along the coast.

I tracked the director down in Paris (with help from a friend at Columbia) and sent him a C-print of the image about 1988. Months later I got an obviously-from-Europe-size brown envelope. The director sent me a of the framed image in his home with a lovely note. Both lost.

Did you write code for #Psion machines in the #80s and #90s?

We're calling for you to open source your code!

I'm working with a group of enthusiasts, building a library of information about the SIBO/EPOC16 platform. Your old code could give valuable insight, as well as encourage people to write new code.

We're especially interested in old C and #x86 #assembly.

Upload it to your public repository of choice, and set it free!

I titled the original image "Enthusiastic Walker on Pennsylvania near GWU." I made this inverted version about 2008.

ArtBear,

Amazing guitar. Passionate vocals.

Playing this way is impressive enough, but while singing powerfully is pretty sweet.

This is audio off the The Dance CD but the visuals from the DVD. Works surprisingly well, adding better sound mastering, but with the video.

Mid 80s. The days when music videos were only seen a couple of times if at all. MTV was pretty rare in the UK.

Still why not lock the band in a wardrobe and throw it off a cliff eh?
