So, here's a Mr. Potato Head figure from the 1970s. It looks so very different than the current Mr. Potato head.
Oh, and that canon next to it I made when I was in college. Where I went to undergrad, all freshman engineering majors had to take a metal shop class and their final project was to make either a canon or a catapult. I thought the canon looked cooler.
A 3,000- year-old #sword made of firwood found in Lake Inkwil, Swittzerland. Most likely, it was a #toy sword for #children. The lake is known for its pile-dwelling settlement from the late Bronze Age (1,200–800 BC).
I finally got around to building my Rowlet model kit!
This little guy is just too cute. I took a few pics in front of my Pokémon Sun / Moon manga before bringing the little guy into the office to hang out with my Eevee model kit.
I love these little kits and can't wait to find more of them!
The Plush Vulpine Skin was a brief to take the previous Jackal Skin, and recreate it as if it were a soft plush toy. With special attention given to aligning the design with the previous plush designs and material specs.
This royal chap was a recent custom #crochet make for my lovely repeat customer Paul who sends me #manga artwork to crochet dolls from. I gave him this one as a #Chistmas gift.
Good morning everyone 🌞 Today the #parrots have decided none of them, bar Toby of course, would go down to eat until I was back in the room, so I had two of them yelling at me while I went to get my #coffee 😂 Ziggy seemed hesitant to go back into her cage, but I think it was because when I moved her cage to clean this morning the extension cord behind the bookshelf next to her cage pulled out a bit and freaked her out. Cord =Snake I reckon 😊. I was a bit concerned for Toby last night as he seemed to be wing flipping. I've been reading up about Ekkies and they are very sensitive to diet. Wing flipping could either mean too many vitamins in his diet or too few...🤨 They all did get a supplement yesterday, so it may be that. He seems fine this morning, but I will need to keep an eye on him and change things if necessary. #petsofmastodon#birdsofmastodon#GoodMorning
#Crochet today finally, yay! Working on custom #toy and Buffy binging.
I'm thinking of extending my #crochet#toy commissions outwith just Etsy this year and offering them to international customers as well. Do any other #fibrecraft#fibrearts creators or #artists who undertake commissions have recommendations for other platforms they use? Boosts and responses very much appreciated, thank you 😊
