Cookie got a clean bill of health from the vet, who saved her when she had a close shave last month! She said Cookie is doing really well, though her issues are still ‘a ticking time bomb’. We are hoping we can manage them medically and keep her happy and comfy before that happens. I’m really glad to have extra time with her.
Doggie hydration technique. Dog here was perpetually dehydrated, until we figured out he would drink if we filled up a 5 gallon bucket. But a big bucket is a lot of water and hard to keep clean. So we bought a bowl which fits in the bucket, which works too. Very important on these hot days. #dogs#pets
The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 2 months old.
Bernadette came to PACC as a stray with severely broken bones to her paw pad. She had to have an amputation done on her leg and would like to recover in foster care. She is doing well and ready for a foster home!
