#FoundryVTT GMs: I need to display a timer that counts up in minutes and seconds to my players, and can be manually restarted by the GM. Needs to display in the main area not the log.

Voll Bitterkeit ist ein Einleitungsabenteuer für Aventurische Helden 5e, einer Spielhilfe zum Bespielen Aventuriens mit den Regeln des bekanntesten amerikanischen Fantasy-Rollenspiels.
Es führt 4-5 Abenteurer der Stufen 1-2 in die Schattenlande des ehemaligen Tobriens.
Im kleinen Dörfchen Schwarzbuckel im tobrischen Hinterland haben einige Dorfbewohner ihr Schicksal, wie sie glauben, in die eigenen Hände genommen. Um eine Gruppe Banditen los zu werden, schlossen sie einen gefährlichen Pakt.
Habe gestern #DnD auf Roll20 gespielt, und heute auf #FoundryVTT geleitet, und es ist wirklich solch ein Komfort-Unterschied, krass. Ansonsten kann ich noch berichten, dass ich gestern sehr viel Spaß in Rime of the Frostmaiden hatte, meine Lvl 6 Barbarin hat einfach mal 56 Schaden in einer Runde gemacht. Und heute habe ich einfach mal spontan eine gescheiterte Gewerkschaftsgründung mit anschließendem Massenkampf geleitet, und es war so cool. Gerechtigkeit für die Skips! :-) #pnpde
Ich will am 2.4. eine kleine Onlinerunde Dune leiten. Habe zwei Spieler und suche noch 2-3 weitere interessierte Menschen. Zeit 20-ca. 23h, Videochat mache ich OpenTalk (Browser), VTT per Foundry. What are folks thoughts on the new #dnd5e 3.0 module announced for #FoundryVTT alongside the WotC announcement? A patch came out in under 24 hours and quite a few new issues on the repo. Are folks waiting a bit for it to stabilize?

Weiß nicht, was ich von so einer Partnerschaft halten soll.. #DnD will zunehmend kommerzialisieren und für den Foundry Entwickler könnte das ein "goldener Abschluss" werden. Sprich: #WotC könnten versucht sein, #FoundryVTT zu übernehmen..

I haven't used the #HEROSystem since it was simply #Champions back in the 80s. From what I remember, the system was fun, though character creation could get a little "involved". #ForeverDM#TTRPG
Okay, learned something new tonight about #Falkon - I cannot get #Foundry to load in Falkon. I play a weekly #Pathfinder game and, nope, cannot log into the game in Falkon. Got some errors and it just wouldn't load. So, I had to use a different browser to join the game. Which stinks.
It makes it harder to use as my sole browser when certain things I use regularly do not work.
Then again for day to day stuff - it's still fine.
My dream VTT would allow uploading PDFs (or images) of sheets and allow defining the fields to be filled in, assigning them to die rolls, etc. Why has nobody done this yet?
bin den ganzen tag am grübeln ob wir mal einen reinen arena kampf abend machen sollen in #foundryvtt wo die spieler:innen geschlossen gegen gegner kämpft die ich reinwerfe.... zwecks userinterface/spielfluss training.... aktuell hakt es nämlich noch ziemlich :( denke an ne schöne karte mit deckungs möglichkeiten usw...
hat iwer erfahrung mit sowas? oder ideen für die #arena?^^
@rollenspiel so hab dank ganz viel hilfe aus dem weltnetz (danke nochmal alle!) gelernt ebenen in foundry zu erstellen :awesome: das teamdeathmatch am dienstag kann kommen als foundrybedienungstraining <3 muss jetzt nur noch etwas deko arbeit machen ^^ ein gitter tile ist übrigens 3x3 meter & die empore 5m erhöht #foundryvtt#5e#dnd#dnd5e#communityhelp#awesome#froi

Was für Systeme funktionieren ohne zusätzliche Lizenzkosten? (Das mensch dann Texte ggf. selbst einpflegen muss ist klar, mir geht's erstmal eher um die technischen Gegebenheiten.)
Wie aufwändig und/oder komplex ist es eigene Figurenbögen etc. zu erstellen? (Grundlagen in XML, JSON und anderen technischen Dingen vorhanden.)
Yesterday the devs released the latest (and last) update of V10, backporting some fixes from V11 and improving some security errors and the like. This is announced to be the last of V10 updates. As usual, full release notes here
In case you did not know, the Pathfinder2e system was not yet updated to work with V11 of Foundry. Luckily, this has been updated, and as of 5 days ago v5 of the system was launched and should work properly....
