It’s adorable how they are trying to brand Ana Poilievre as Québécois in Québec (she immigrated to Montréal) and in the rest of as a Venezuelan-Calgarian. Not unlike Pierre Poilievre going by “Jeff” until he had political aspirations.

I’ve had a lot of irl conversations lately about what Canadian political party to support and my most honest answer, considering the current environment (and ignoring the leaders of each party, entirely); what will deliver the best policy results to people, in my opinion is, in order:

  1. New Democrats
  2. Bloc Québécois
  3. Liberals
  4. Conservatives
    (Greens in Gr ridings only)

I can defend my choices and would love to hear yours— but I want a minute to focus on people & policy.
