What do they have to offer other than zero regulation, racism, etc. in your government that you seem to feel your votes won’t rid Texas of because you’re outnumbered by the mean spirited GOP in your state. I know we were all traumatized by Covid and still are, but we really need to remember all the things the Trump administration did to us at the beginning of the pandemic. They took away PPE from Blue states, tried to hoard it for themselves or make money selling it to states, wanted to use herd immunity when they saw Black people were dying disproportionately and did a genocide, didn't care about the lives of front line workers, seniors, children or teachers, got people to stop using masks...

I submit that this is how you actually make progress: build popular support for your good platform and then win primary elections on it while building a wide coalition with people in the party you’re running with.

It's much more effective than trying to threaten your way to power, yell at the Democrats you want to vote for you, and say you want to take over the party from within.

The state I live in (South of the US) is pushing a law to ban the mask in public for "health reasons".

This spring I have been so miserable because of the allergies that by necessity I decided to wear a outside again despite taking strong medicine that won't allow me to be safe outside.

There is also a deadly pandemic going on but who cares I guess.

If I wear a mask that is to protect my health and also others.

I have no name to describe how messed up this is.
