Busy day today, folks, so I'll be posting only when I can.

PODzilla is coming with POD #2 any minute, and picking up POD #1

Meeting with our realtor to brainstorm on selling our HouseWithoutAFingPool.

Our twins will be in from Canada this afternoon to help us schlep furniture into POD #2.

I just finished making a batch of marmalade! it has blood oranges & cara cara oranges. & lemons. It’s a little different than other recipes I’ve done, in that it has you soak the fruit after cutting, letting it rest in the fridge overnight up to 24 hrs, and then cook down for a while till liquid reduces before adding sugar. The soaking softens the peels and releases some pectin. It did seem to gel more than other times I’ve made it. it’s a lovely pink color!

I realized that I just passed my 1 year Heffalumpaversary! Huzzah! I have to say I am enjoying it a lot, I’ve met many nice folks, enjoyed many cat photos, not gotten into any big fights, and more or less found my way around the place.

I found news sources to follow, picked up a few tips to make my experience better, and while just a small # of my #PandaTwitter pals took up residence here, I still hope a few more will trickle over. But even if they don’t, I’ve found new friends to 🐼🐻🐻‍❄️Huzzah!

Did anyone notice: When TFG went on his rant about how “Nikki Haley” turned down 10000 Nat guard troops, and before he transited into lies about how all the J6 Committee docs were destroyed (they weren’t) he said, “and nobody talks about the crowds on January 6th” an obvious confusion/combining his former grievance about reporting on the size of his 2017 inauguration crowd. He seemed to catch his mistake & started on the “destroyed J6 docs”
He’s rapidly disassembling mentally.
