My passions are in the areas of #photography, #graphicdesign, #typography and #music. And, of course, family โค๏ธ

No need to re-invent the wheel. Good example of keeping stability in a product so users already familiar won't need to re-learn new controls or rearranged controls.

Hopefully, the newer generations sound better and/or got a little lighter to carry.

So true, and strange that people have a problem with understanding this basic concept.

The tendency to require oversimplification of complex issues is also very much present in enterprise IT work. Presenting a vital (and often expensive) project idea needs to be delivered in five bullets or less - on a single slide.

Thanks for the info though - I will be upgrading from the 2018 iPad Pro and I don't rule out the possibility that settings from this one, using the older Pencil, might well carry over in this manner.

Capitalism is a game where the winners take it all, its natural form evolves into concentration of power.

The old claim that "the market will sort it out" is only true as long as there are many suppliers competing for the customers, and none of them become big enough gain a dominant market position.

Reasonable regulation and taxation of economic markets is needed to counteract the natural tendencies of capitalism.

I have been hearing about this type of service being in the works for years. The โ€œproductivity punditsโ€ have been discussing it quite a bit on their podcasts, so yeah... someone was thinking to basically record everything into a massive โ€œbrowser historyโ€ equivalent for your life.

They also mentioned wearing body cams to take photos with a similar frequency, so maybe that Humane AI pin will get a second life as your personal surveillance cam :)

I really can't say, it never made sense to me either.

The angle I heard discussed was more to close the absent-mindedness of your brain. "I know I talked to Pete about something important last week, but can't really rememberโ€ฆ let me rewind.โ€

People basically wanted a synthetic photographic memory with instant recall, so record everything.

Of course, anyone would drown in heaps of totally irrelevant and meaningless non-data.
