Far-right podcaster Dave Smith says around 15:50 that libertarians need to learn a conservative lesson about culture, & that libertarians need to shame & stigmatize “degeneracy.”
To right-wingers, the “degenerates” are never bigots or abusers, but people simply exercising their freedom & happiness outside the current status quo.
These types of right-wing “libertarians” ultimately just hate liberty.

It’s been a couple days now, but @radleybalko published the final part of his detailed refutation of the despicable revisionist conspiracies of George Floyd’s murder, perpetuated by the right-wing documentary The Fall of Minneapolis and various conservative “journalists”.

No individual or publication who promoted these conspiracies should be take seriously ever again.

Following (against my better judgment) the social media content moderation (NetChoice v. Paxton and Moody v. NetChoice) opening arguments, and I’m sorry but Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (who I like!) is again showing herself to be extremely weak on 1A and to have a troubling misunderstanding of the internet and social media more generally.
