I was exploring down a gravel road, and stopped to take a picture of this Donkey sitting in a field, but it got up, and decided it wanted pets, and then three dogs, small, medium, and large, also came running from across the road, to get pets too. They have a whole racket going on!

@StillIRise1963 that's what I don't understand: everyone is treating these documents like discrete things, but ever since xeroxes we have been able to make essentially perfect copies, secretly, infinitely, forever. There's no such thing as "returning" a document anymore.

@StillIRise1963 I used to not understand why dental care was so expensive and seen as sort of "optional" / additional vs other healthcare.

Someone then explained to me that our society values being able to judge ppl's teeth as a class marker. Minor ashamed I never realized before.

I got home around 1 am after last night's performance and saw that someone had put a desk/table with nice metal legs and an oak top out on the street.

I've been needing a new desk, so I dragged it home.

I went out and looked at it this morning and the top is not oak. It is bamboo. It's bamboo stamped with a fake oak wood grain pattern. lol. I'll still use it though.

@heidilifeldman further, I wonder whether we'll end up as a defacto single (center right) party system. With extremists remaining on the right, and fed-up liberals forming a new splinter on the left and coalescing with some of the super left ideological folk that already don't fit.

With both poles unable to stand each other or the center right, and unable to muster enough votes to do anything on a national scale.
