@chris I saw a video how someone used their Mac to grab all the feeds and their devices synced with the iCloud file only. It sort of sounded like a server setup.
@chris After not being able to export my feed from the ios version of NetNewsWire is what got me down this path. Perhaps it's a compatibility bug with the new version of ios. Kept getting blank opml files that would not let me select a location to save them.
While I'm complaining about Siri devices, it still blows my mind that HomePod, a product that has existed for over half a decade and is marketed as a speaker for your Mac, cannot pause audio in Apple's own apps without a 5 second delay
@christianselig I thought we were talking about HomePods.
I know AirPod Pros are fine, I use them daily. But I don't use my HomePods with AppleTV, instead use a wired Sonos Beam speaker for that reason. If there was a wired connection, it would work much better.
My Fedora workstation is a Thinkpad P51. I forgot this laptop has 32GB of ram and i7 processor. I believe it's 8 core with an Intel and Nvidia dual graphics card. Used to run Windows and AutoCAD.
It has an Expresscard/34 slot which I have never used. I was wondering if this was even a thing in 2024? Does anyone use this port on their laptops and how is linux support?
That's so true... As I posted time ago, records stores were the best spot for the meetings during late 1980's and the 1990's. So bad there are few stores where I live now... #MusicLover#RecordsStores#1980s#1990s
@justin@ivory@chris Exactly. The desktop version seems to be behind every time. It always has new notifications even though I’ve read them on my iPhone. My iPad is synced ok, perhaps it’s a OSX issue?
Got the little 80’s living room scene built on my #Atari2600#LEGO Build tonight. It’s so “awesome” I can barely stand it. Love the little dude’s haircut, the CRT TV and the little kitty watching him play! 😂
