@randahl @stux I think at least as telling is that he thinks that 34 felonies are a trivial matter.

‘Oh, woe a “justice” system where a wealthy white man can’t even commit three dozen felonies without being held accountable!’

May his offspring be the most disappointing thing in his life when he discovers they’ve actually grown a moral compass that works.

It's spreading through DMs — I'd avoid opening them until we know more.

Wouldn’t Universal Background Checks on ALL purchases, training, licensing, registration, and crackdowns on illegal transfers/sales help prevent idiots from getting deadly weapons?

Joined Mandy at a deep discounted one-year subscription price for writing work.

I’ve yet to find any writing work but because of their wonky-ass setup, I’ve also been getting posts for acting work, which wasn’t part of the plan.

But I’ve done a tiny bit of acting, and so why not? Went to apply to a sweet role this evening, then discovered I needed to update my stopgap profile pic.
Plus fill in, like, ANY bio and background info.
Plus write a cover letter.
Plus, evidently, shoot a demo?

GAH.

The unique disappointment of taking precious free time to read most of a book you like but that then bumps you completely out of interest just as you’re almost at the end.

If I’ve got to try to wrap my head around why the main character would act a certain way that seems totally unrealistic to the personality fully 300 pages into a book, that story isn’t my jam. 🤷‍♂️

When I talk about digital privacy, there is always some smug genius who shrugs and tells me, "Who cares? We all know we don't have any privacy anyway." Nothing could be more wrong. Convincing you that the fight is already over to the way people in power get you to stop resisting.

A fleet of airplanes has been found to have a potential electrical flaw near a fuel tank that aviation regulators fear could cause an explosion.

Boeing 777 liners are at risk of “electrostatic discharge” near its center-wing fuel tank, which could possibly cause it to catch fire and explode, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
