Ma'am, we have tried to get them to use our product several times, and they have decided on another product made by a big multinational co, that no one likes. You need to ask the management of the insurer, not the tech support for a different co

I caught measles at kindy when I was about 3. It was a full on dose, & I had spots in my ears & mouth. The acute phase was over in a couple of weeks.

But it nuked my immune system & I spent the better part of the next five years in & out of the children’s hospital, a lot of that time in an oxygen tent.
