@scribblemacher Yeah. It’s been interesting. Agnea’s final boss got me good, but I was under-leveled a touch. So did some tasks to get better weapons, did a little grinding, and boom, bobs your uncle. Next fight was easier. Hopefully when I get to the last one, I know it’s a long one, but hopefully we’ll all be good and ready.
Last night I was ready to start a new RPG. It’s been quite a while so I was in the perfect mood for it.
And since I watched that Ys video I really wanted to play an entry into the series.
Since I can’t restart 8 on PS5 yet, I decided to go with Memories of Celceta.
I only played the intro back in the day on Vita. Played for about 3 hours last night and I’m really enjoying it. Can’t wait to go home late tonight and play some more.
@faelim
Yeah, it started of quite slow for me as well, but I’m loving it now as it starts to get going.
Just beat the big fish last night.
Had to retry like 5 times as he kept kicking my butt. But it felt so good taking him down.
Looking forward to playing more tonight.
I just hope I can stay awake as I’ve been having a terrible time sleeping this past week. Not sure why.
Must be stress related.
I want to give the #JRPG genre a try. I have been thinking about this for more than a year and I eventually settled on #OctopathTraveler as the perfect JRPG (probably). And now there is that second dilemma: Should I play the first one or skip to the second one? The Internet claims the games are unrelated and the second one is simply better.
I used the Steam Spring Sale to buy A Short Hike and Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but today I was in the mood for something else and picked up Chained Echoes from GOG.
Rise of the Third Power, a turn-based #JRPG is on sale in the #Nintendo eshop for like $12USD
With reviews like, "For those with religious concerns, there is a BI character, who is in your group." and "I don't like propaganda in my games; It's disgusting behavior. Keep your politics away from me."
