https://beta.btsearch.pl/?dataSource=locations&network=&standards=&bands=&center=51.473961%2C23.211953&zoom=13

Kompas w telefonie pozwala ustawić kierunek "zgrubnie", warto później sprawdzić wskazania poziomu sygnału w routerze/modemie by "dopieścić" ustawienie kierunku.

The open source hardware Power over Ethernet ESP32 boards ESP32-POE and ESP32-POE-ISO now are available with 16MB Flash https://olimex.wordpress.com/2024/01/29/esp32-poe-and-esp32-poe-iso-open-source-hardware-boards-now-have-version-with-16mb-flash/

@olimex I just got a couple for a project, and was impressed at how versatile this little thing was. What did it for me was the LiPo charging from pretty much any other source of power.

A+++, will PoE again.

Let’s try some :

“One upon a midnight dreary
While I posted weak and weak,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore
While I nodded, newly making
Suddenly there came a tapping
As of someone gentle tapping
Tapping so my chamber door.
Tiss some visitors, I listed, tapping at my chamber door.
Only this and nothing more.”

(Eh…kind of weird. Also apparently my autocorrect dislikes the word “rapping”)

podkaynelives,

2023 was the year I pushed myself back into reading again. I recommend all of these:

The Hyperion series by Dan Simmons.

Kaiju Preservation Society by John @scalzi. Thank you for my autographed edition of Starter Villain - it was the highlight of my Christmas presents and will be the first new book I read in 2024!

A Memory Called Empire and A Desolation called Peace by Arkady Martine @ArkadyMartine

A Mystery of Mysteries: The Death and Life of Edgar Allen #Poe by Mark Dawidziak

The Fall of the House of Usher by Edgar Allen Poe

All the Birds in the Sky and The City in the Middle of The Night by Charlie Jane Anders @charliejane

The Sympathizer and The Committed by Viet Thanh Nguyen

The Wager by David Grann

The first three books in The Expanse series (will start with the 4th in the New Year) by James S. A. Corey

Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin

Got any suggestions for 2024 reading?

@toddhorowitz Thanks for the recommendation, Todd! Just added it to the list. 2024 is going to be a great year for reading!

@kkarhan It would be a great idea! But Ethernet is tricky. The closest thing made used the Lantronix XPort. It worked Ok, had its own AT command set (a little obtuse to learn), but it was expensive. And not really customizable. Its possible to put a uC in front of it but that would increase the costs more. So I just shelved it.

kkarhan,

@paulrickards I assume something based on the @Raspberry_Pi / with a matching -HAT would be able to to it.

Espechally since that is easy to obtain and relatively cheap (compared to a / which were used for the adaptor and are still not widely available at )...

The tricky part would be , not ....
