So I'm on Episode 3 of Strange New Worlds and it's true that it's classic Star Trek - we just make up new science to save the plot, and

this one hits different, like the writers aren't really interested in disguising the hand-waving: it's all part of the fun.

Which I enjoy but I was wondering if anyone else noticed?

This kit stupidly does not include decals for the docking ports, so I created them. I used the decals from the 1/350 refit kit, shrunk them down, changed the name & registry then printed them.

But John de Lancie as Q is incredibly attractive,and I really don't know how I feel about that.



John de Lancie as Q in the early 2020s. Silver hair, silver goatee, same intense and mocking stare, dressed in black. Total silver fox and even more attractive than 30 years ago. Some things truly do get better with age. 🔥🔥🔥

Great to hear on the replies that people seem to watch and enjoy the final season of ! It's just that I won't subscribe another US-centric streaming service. There's still all the old Trek available on Netflix here in Germany. I will pirate Disco once its finished. It was imo really a mistake from Paramount to go into streaming.

@jynersolives I have watched it, and I have found it entertaining. The subtle (and overt) connections to ST history have been fun. My issue with the series overall is sustaining the energy for a “galaxy threatening event” every year is exhausting. Can’t the holodeck just mess up one ep? SNW has become my favorite nuTrek (with LD close 2nd)
