@CStamp@thezenlady@GottaLaff we did that too. Replaced our 18 year old gas hot water heater with a 120V heat pump version, and our old gas furnace with a heat pump HVAC. Then disconnected our natural gas service. Loving it!
We haven't totally divorced from natural gas - our heat pump came with a very small emergency gas furnace for the rare times when we have sub zero temperatures. Hopefully, we won't need it. 😉
@GottaLaff@thezenlady@DavidBFox@CStamp I had a heat pump installed 10 years ago and am so happy I did. Previously had no AC and the summers were getting hotter and hotter. Now we are comfortable year round.
