@JensHannemann Nice. What kind of party is that? I’m always interested in my German side of my heritage. Haven’t really gotten to dig into it much though.

@kylewritescode It’s originally Swiss. The original version is pretty hard to pull off, but you can buy little table grills.

You put meat and/or veggies in little pans, cover them with cheese and broil them in the Raclette grill. Since it’s small portions each time, it’s perfect for long evenings of socializing (and drinking).
