#MentalHealth is important for a person’s wellbeing. As one who suffers from a mental illness, having resources that keep track of those ups and downs, things that trigger good and bad feelings, and ways to calm down when things are bad, really make it all better.
I’ve been using an app called #Finch. I absolutely recommend it.
@kylewritescode By the way: There is a small but growing #Finch community in the #Fediverse. Follow the Hashtags #Finch, #FinchApp and #FinchHealthCare. There has been no main hashtag within the community, but I recommend dropping the Hashtag Finch, as it is mainly populated by birdwatching people.
@Aaron@kylewritescode I made a GDPR request to get the data they have stored about me. It's mainly logs and stuff (they even gave me that! That's nothing you normally get with GDPR requests). That's really cool!
