Okay, I have officially set up and poked at Bonfire Networks (https://bonfirenetworks.org/docs/hacking/) and had it working.
There is a lot of feature-set in there and my initial conversations with @mayel and @bernini have been inspiring.
Hope to do more with this. Ideally I want Underjord to be more fediversed.
