I was thinking what would it look like if a Flohmarkt instance pulled in a @bookwyrm book to list as an item to sell. How would that make the most sense to represent through #ActivityPub?
The used book "market" is pretty gigantic and international and requires a lot of software to organize, there isn't much in the DIY space for reselling used books. Would be awesome if there was a thing that was meant for selling OR borrowing the book and then there could also be some tie in with @internetarchive to "incentives" digitizing the book before it was sold.
@Liaizon Wakest I think that @Andrew (bookseller era) has recently started selling books and is an idea person. I would be curious what he thinks of this.
