I kind of recall TFG taking antiquities and artwork when he was at an embassy in, I think it was France? It was super embarrassing for America but nothing ever came of it. I think he was there for a WWII memorial and didn’t bother to even go, too busy swiping valuables. I kind of remember that they were replicas of American iconic artifacts.
Anyone else remember the pictures of his family carrying a bust of Abraham Lincoln, several paintings, and other artwork out of the Whitehouse only hours before they had to be out?
I just don’t see how those would have ended up at Mar-a-Lago without direction from at least someone in the family, if not Trump himself. Like… Why? How? Who would care enough, besides a Trump?
Oh for sure! That theft probably didn’t end up at Mar-a-Lago, though. To end up in his home… I feel like he or someone close to him has to have been involved.
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t another group of people once steal a lot of Jewish treasures last century? I don’t remember who it was but I seem to recall it was a big deal . . .
