That's like banning the AMA.

What fucking stupidity.
But also what are nonprofits doing about this?!?

Libraries can't use private charitable donations in ways they see fit or in ways donors intended?!? That's....problematic.

Because the doors can ALSO be opened to say police departments can't use private donations (like grants) for specific purposes (and they do this all the time.)

This is when I want to be a lawyer for nonprofits. This is a full on attack on public goods.
