@GottaLaff Ugh, I always have that issue (though switching from Moderna to Pfizer helped some). But it’s miserable and I hope you’re feeling better very soon.
@GottaLaff A friend of mine recently had a Covid booster and ended up in hospital for two days, including a blood transfusion (she's fine now). First time she's ever had a bad reaction to a Covid shot (or any other vaccination). Um, she is 96 years old though and has a few comorbidities ... 😉
Agree with the others suggesting bed rest all day.
Since both COVID shot malaise and Mother's Day are perfect excuses to stay in bed all day and be served by family, it's tragic to combine them into one. Ask for a Mother's Day do-over next Sunday! 😉
@GottaLaff Take it easy today and enjoy Mothers Day even though your kids aren’t with you today. Tomorrow is a big day! I won’t be home in the morning so I rely heavily on your reporting. ❤️💐🥀🌷
@GottaLaff My very first one was like that - but thankfully resolved within 24hrs. The 6th one was like I'd had no shot at all. Seems each one is like rolling the dice.
@GottaLaff Oh, I forgot to offer unsolicited medical advice: Perhaps set up an IV of Ringer's lactate. I have no idea what it is, but it was popular in the re-runs of '70s emergency dramas. ;)
@GottaLaff Happens to me too. Nurse said it's a good thing, a sign that my immune system is on the job and paying attention. Good excuse to take a duvet day if you can.
