If they only learned about those supposed agents later, why do they assume it is the UNs fault for not knowing about them?
Now it’s about Hamas tunnels under some UNRWA buildings. Again, the Hamas dug those tunnels everywhere in Gaza where they thought it would be more safe than elsewhere, and they most likely did not file for building permits or inform UNRWA about it.
