The difference between #landscape photographers and #astrophotography photgraphers is that when something in the scene moves the former get very pissed while the latter get very excited.
The Milky Way is best seen during the summer months (from June to August) in the Dolomites. During this time, the galactic core is positioned high in the night sky, offering the best view of the Milky Way's band of stars, dust, and gas.
Now it’s time to show y’all the complete photograph of the M16 nebula taken last week with my 80 mm refractor telescope. Could manage to get lots of details in a relatively short total exposure time of only 9 hours and 45 minutes.
