I am quite sure that #Fanfuel ad with #CarlWeathers wasn't supposed to be as meaningful as it ended up being. That might very well be his final on-screen appearance.
Now on to Rocky III for my Carl Weathers memorial movie marathon. I think I saw this as a kid but I don't remember a thing about it except Mr. T is in it. #Rocky#movie#CarlWeathers Rocky III
OK finished Rocky, which I've watched many times, and now on to Rocky II which I've actually never seen. RIP Carl Weathers #CarlWeathers#Rocky#movies Rocky II
First pic: "I was in the food line on Mando Season One, and on the dessert table they had ice cream, but nearby they also had some cookies. I decided to freestyle a bit and put a scoop between some cookies. Just as I made my creation, a booming, joyful voice called out behind me..."
2nd pic: "I turned around, the first drips already on my hands. It was Apollo Creed himself!
"Ice cream SAAAANDWICH!" he bellowed.
He winked his approval at me. I floated the rest of the day.
Had a lot more time with Carl on the show, but nothing will top that first moment. #RIP"
3rd pic: "For Carl. #BePeace " (picture of a man's hand holding 2 (chocolate chip?) cookies with some ice cream (beige colored with dark specs) in between the cookies)
