Miau, vielen Dank an alle, die gestern die Geschichte Schneesturm gelesen, geherzt, repostet und kommentiert haben. Das macht mich immer sehr glücklich. 💜🌟🐈⬛🐾

“In-house Visual Effects (VFX) workers at Walt Disney Pictures unanimously voted in favor of unionizing with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) in an election...”
I feel like I occupy this weird place in the #startrek#fandom as a lover of the lore and details who wants an internally consistent secondary world, prefers when #canon is followed, and likes explanations like the #Klingon augmentvirus from #ENT while disliking reimaginations like in #DIS; while conversely thinking that trek is metaphorical and caring about whether a new star trek show's themes, plot, and character development are there and have anything to actually say or add.
@tekrelm I get the same feeling from #SteveShives as well, and I specifically was like "what's wrong the this" the whole time he kavetched about #Affliction and #Divergence in #ENT. I think he plays it up for the meme a bit, but I find it totally alien and someone infuriating to me that people get MAD about FIXING a continuity error, as if they liked it not making sense. I get the same impression to everyone who dissed anyone complaining about the #Ferengi redesign in #DIS.
