Ich fahre #Brompton bis ca. 40..50 km. Darüber wird's für mich ermüdend, aber ich bin auch extrem unsportlich und schaffte mit einem anderen Fahrrad wohl auch nicht mehr.
Falls man viel damit fahren will, kann man überlegen, den 8-Gang-Shimano-Umbau von #JulianeNeuss (#Junik-#hpv) vornehmen zu lassen oder den 14-Gang-Rohloff-Umbau von #BenCooper (#Kinetics).

Why do people say there is no way to test men for HPV? I know for a fact I had a blood test to determine that I was negative for HPV before I got the #HPV vaccine. So men can’t have a blood test? Does the lab test looking for the HPV somehow know it’s XY blood and that makes it not work?
When I first asked for the vaccine at Kaiser Permanente I was in my mid 30s and I was told that it would not work for me because I was older than 26 and because I had had more than three sexual partners. I asked them how the vaccine would know how many dicks I have taken and why it would object and they had no logical answer for that. If I don’t already have HPV, how is the vaccine going to know how many penises have been inside of me and why would that make it not work?
I pretty much bullied them into giving it to me and then after I received it the FDA raised the age to include me at the time, but by the time they did it I was too old again.
