Attention citizen:

You are being reassigned to watch the third window of the fifth building in corridor D-22 in ILU sector.
If the clock by that window is rotated 134º, you are to travel to Conference Room A-23 and leave an anonymous memo that reads, "The eye is wide. Cycle all shadows."

Failure to complete this instruction will displease The Computer.
I mean... uh... I am The Computer, and it will displease me.

Fnord.

I feel like spamming today so I'm posting one of my favorite and most outrageous pieces of spam that I found on one of the sites I work on.

Have you ever wanted to join the Illuminati? It only costs $200 and you'll get an untold amount of riches in return including $1 million dollars monthly, access to Bohemian Grove, and a golf membership package.

I don't know about you, but I'm thinking of joining just for the golf membership package.

Is Tory MP Paul Bristow related to darts legend Eric Bristow? There’s a likeness…

Why is no one talking about this?!?

In his resignation letter, Rupert Murdoch, aka the Dirty Digger, rails against "the elite".

Mate, you are the Elite, the Illuminati, the New World Order. Now kindly transition to the grave.

Feeling very upset and worried. My mom, who's my and best friend, has believed for years in like the . Now she seems to be believing more strongly and insists they're real , the is fake, and no one can be trusted. Says I'm naive for not believing and how can I be sure when I have so little life experience. All I know is when I research this stuff, I'm more convinced it's not true. Don't know what to do, afraid this will cause problems between us.

Happy Bastille Day!

It's a good day to remind folks that part of the reason we have the "Illuminati control the world" conspiracy theory is that European elites couldn't bring themselves to believe that a bunch of fucking peasants DID THAT and found it more plausible that a small group of Bavarian intellectuals and their banker friends convinced thousands of French men and women to revolt. Cause, ya know, they'd have never thought of it otherwise.

After watching Drupal conference talks for weeks, I've decided that Drupal is not a content management system.

Drupal is a conspiracy.

Through endless hours of conference talks, I almost never see the Drupal admin. It's rarer to see code. If I'm lucky, I see a chart as the speaker drones on about modules.

In other tech communities I see code, or at least an admin dashboards!

It's time to face the harsh truth: Drupal is not real. There are no Drupal websites. The conspiracy is massive.

The family wheel of my paternal great-grandfather, the first in our family to take a surname. Before that, people were identified by the name of the house they currently lived in. All original houses of Kankaanpää are present.

@rmattila74 The surprise in my parents' genetic testing was that I have (a very small amount of) Horn of / / ancestry. From the percentage, it would be something like the mid-1700s. I'd like to know that story.

From family trees, I have a good bit of ancestry. One person was involved in the original and owned a castle on the . Also, one ancestor claimed to be French, but that was a lie, & she was probably a prostitute with a cover story.
