Decided to start taking my #health back by force. This morning I did 50 push ups, 5 pull ups, 30 mins of #yoga, and a #30 min walk while reading whats next on the #StarWars timeline, Lost Tribe of the #Sith.
For context working out usually makes me feel miserable & ruins my digestion for the next day or 2. Doing okay so far. I think the yoga helps. Starting a #fast now.
It's nice to be #reading again, even If my focus is all over the place.

Wasn't ready for this episode. I didn't expect it to go so hard. Well done #Filoni & crew. Up there with The Night Brothers, Wrong Jedi, Siege of Mandalore, Twilight of the Apprentice, & Jedi Night, as favorite moments in the Star Wars universe.
For live action shows, #Andor and Ahsoka are opposite sides of the same coin. Andor is peak Star Wars as gritty anti fascist political drama, and #Ahsoka is peak Star Wars mystical space fantasy. I love that we have both.
