Decided to start taking my #health back by force. This morning I did 50 push ups, 5 pull ups, 30 mins of #yoga, and a #30 min walk while reading whats next on the #StarWars timeline, Lost Tribe of the #Sith.
For context working out usually makes me feel miserable & ruins my digestion for the next day or 2. Doing okay so far. I think the yoga helps. Starting a #fast now.
It's nice to be #reading again, even If my focus is all over the place.

Not being able to search my own posts on a Mastodon server is such a pain. I know I wrote it, but to get to it I have to scroll a lot and use filters on my iOS app. I know we’re not supposed to remember things on Mastodon and find them back again, but I can’t help it, I have object permanence and long-term memory
I just realized both Darth Vader and Darth Sidious names were made by stripping the "in" prefix from regular names (invader and insidious respectively) but I was disappointed to see that no other #Sith Lord name has been made up the same way.
This is just a cheap Jinhao, with a nib like a nail, yet the writing experience is unexpectedly smooth and pleasant.
Currently inked with what used to be called Havana Brown, but is now for some reason known as Absolute Brown. (Query: does this disprove the dictum that only the #Sith deal in absolutes, or does it suggest that Waterman is now under Sith management?)
Now I wish I'd pushed the boat out and bought one of these pens in the other available timber, too, but alas! too late.
