Construit entre 1835 et 1847 par Louis-Pierre #Baltard, il abrite un décor classé #MonumentHistorique
Les merveilleux albums de #plans sont conservés aux #Archives du département du #Rhône et de la #Métropole de Lyon, où j'ai eu la chance de les étudier lors de la #rénovation du palais.

somebody said it's non-binary awareness week. Meanwhile today in #Russia they accepted a law prohibiting "gender change". If I put it as harsh as it is, trans people are illegal in Russia from today. Also, if you marry a trans person, your marriage will be canceled by the state institutions. An exception is made only for newborn children with "gender anomalies" and those surgeries can be done upon aa medical commission's decision only in state-approved clinics. #Mordor
