Good to know that #qt6 intentionally broke the fontconfig fallback font configuration on #linux and having the separate "Symbols Nerd Font" installed instead of having to install a custom patched nerd font no longer works and #kde konsole doesn't show the nerd symbols anymore 🎉.
OK, while 32bit probably will have to be done through #fpcupdeluxe to get #Lazarus up and running, on 64bit switched build to #Qt6 and packaged it for #HaikuOS, checking up with #CudaText latest release still good! :D

Just a heads-up to you people who wondered when Alien BOB would pick up on the KDE Plasma bleeding edge again.
Simply put: Patrick did a hell of a job pushing every new KDE Plasma update into the slackware-current package tree (even before the 15.0 release) in no time. There was nothing for me to do (or to improve on) since Plasma5
@jhx So far I went with #Qt. Even though I kind of hate C++ (and use good old C instead whenever possible), Qt was a good reason to use C++ for the "GUI layer" (and you can easily dodge the IMHO worst missfeature, exceptions).
My experience was, it offers an object model that actually makes sense (to me), it covers a lot more besides only GUI (like e.g. sockets), it's flexible (e.g. leaving you the choice between declarative GUI descriptions or programmatic constructions and both work fine and feel sane), static linking and cross-building (#FreeBSD build machine building both #Linux and #Windows binaries) were doable without too much trouble ...
But, this experience is several years old by now. Gotta try to move one of my projects from #Qt5 to #Qt6 soon 😉
Updates of #NemoMobile in September. Few packages updated for #Qt6, few new packages for #OpenSuSE (lipstick can be strated see photo). Join for #Hacktoberfest
