Thousands of truck/trailers are stuck on the Egyptian side of the Rafah border crossing since last week because of the Israeli occupation of the border. Most of the fresh products in the trucks have gone bad and there is a risk of other items to be destroyed if #Israel does not allow the help to get in.
Over 1 million Palestinians, most of the women, elderly and children are stuck in western #Rafah without access to food, medicine and water. The situation is getting worse every day as Israel keep bombing them and pushing forward with 100s of tanks and armored vehicles.
Guitar icon Eric Clapton releases new song accompanied by #Gaza imagery
Titled Voice of a Child, video features images of extensive destruction in Gaza, the life of palestinian children images from and pro-Palestinian/Anti-Wad protests around the world.
It's really sad that YouTube have decided to age restrict the video even though it doesn't have anything violent or graphic to disturb the younger generation, and much less than what they see on TV shows, movies and Video games
@JapanProf ABSOLUTELY 💯 % agree. The world should be a loving magical place where we all get to explore our own human existence freely. These innocent souls are being violently robbed of their Earthly experience. #ceasefirenow#freepalestine#saverafah
Satellite images show IDF logistics route towards Rafah
For the past five days, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has been working on a logistics route that extends on the Gaza side of the border near the former airport towards Rafah.
🔶️ Armored vehicles are visible in the Planet images shared by Jake Godin.
🔶️ The IDF has set up a logistics center at a (new) military base south of this point (31.2118,34.2799).
Israeli occupation forces detained the wife of Middle East Eye correspondent, Mohammed al-Hajjar, Inas Abu al-Maza, at a military checkpoint in the central Gaza Strip. Separating the family as they traveled south to #Rafah.
Later, the occupation army released her but prevented her from reuniting with her family in the south, instead requiring her return to #Gaza City.
Satellite Images show Israel massing up more than 800 military vehicles at two bases near the Gaza Strip.
Israel has deployed more than 800 military vehicles to two bases. At least 120 vehicles are stationed at the northern border of the Gaza Strip and 700 are in the Negev desert, to the south.

Just heard an Israeli spokesman literally laying the ground in advance to blame the UN for casualties in Rafah. His assertion the UN was obstructing evacuation efforts on the part of the IDF went unchallenged on BBC Radio 4 6pm 'news'.
To top that, Sarah Smith the former grande dame of BBC Shortbread came on immediately afterwards.
Radio off. Serves me right for dipping into the Beebosphere.
IDF claims that they rescues 2 hostages from south Gaza’s Rafah in daring nighttime operation, other sources say they were both killed by Israeli "friendly fire" only an hour after their release.
The Israeli military has said that 2 of the kidnapped Israelis from October 7 were "released" during a well planned and executed operation by IDF and shin bet in an apartment building located in northern Rafah.
The details of the Jessica Lynch type description is shared by almost all western media and the claims that the 2 are alive and one received "slight" injuries during the late night operation.
They also claim that they are both moved back and airlifted to an Israeli hospital before they can be released.
The stories shard on western media such as MSN, doesn't say anything about the 100 Palestinians murdered by IDF bombings, much less the over 500 injured, or the bombings of tent cities in Rafah, but says:
In its first statement after the operation, Hamas railed against “the massacre the Israeli army conducted in Rafah tonight” and blamed the US “for giving the green light to Netanyahu.”The terror group called the operation a continuation of the “genocidal war” and the forced displacement attempts against the Palestinian people.
Then goes in with:
At the same time that the country woke to a hopeful morning with news of the rescue of two hostages, the IDF also announced the deaths of two soldiers during fighting in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis on Sunday.
It's not surprising, but still sickening to see such level of propaganda being posted by western media. And I am waiting to see if the stories about the death of the hostages are true or not.
Northern Rafah came under heavy bombings from artillery, air, helicopters and sea last night.
According to local healthcare sources, the number of casualties are over 100 and some 500 injured, they are afraid that many more are buried under the tons of ruble as it's impossible to know how many people were living in those areas.
I am going to make an exception and share some of the videos on my telegran channel (blurred to make sure it warning people about their graphic contents.
