A very fundamental problem of #economic life on #Earth is the nature of investment. To give you an idea of the dimensions: Humanity, or rather an elite 1% of #humanity, is currently investing 7000 billion dollars in areas that damage the environment, according to #unep. This contrasts with 200 billion dollars in sustainable investments.
Ein sehr grundlegendes Problem des #Wirtschaftslebens der #Erde ist die Art der Investitionen. Um sich mal die Dimensionen klar zu machen: Die Menschheit bzw. eine Elite von 1% der #Menschheit investiert laut #unep aktuell 7000 Mrd. Dollar in Bereiche, die die Umwelt schädigen. Dem stehen 200 Mrd. Dollar an nachhaltigen Investitionen gegenüber.
