So today is a #Twofer as it's yesterdays dinner of minty lamb chop, roast potatoes, honey roast carrots, parsnips and some marrowfat peas.
Whilst today is beer battered cod, chunky chips and onion rings with a dollop of mayo/ketchup. I was going to add some mushy peas, but this is already a large enough meal for me.

Can of artichoke hearts drained
Almost a quarter cup of toasted pine nuts
Tblsp of capers
About 6 green olives (mine had pimentos, use what you like)
Close to 2 cups fresh basil (loose pack)
4 cloves garlic
EV olive oil
Asiago shredded cheese, 1/4-1/3 cups
I pulsed it in my food processor
