We were there again this year with some colleagues and successfully completed the 5.3 km course. Georg represented us superbly with a time of 21:38! 🥇

Today, I got reminded again that teams and organizations have a big problem if nobody feels/is responsible for processes and meta topics (which ironically includes defining and assigning these responsibilities). If things are not good, but the problems mostly affect the organization and not the individual persons enough for them to speak up (to the non-existent persons being responsible), things tend to continue that way. #leadership#teamwork
