Increasingly waking up with . Went online for solutions. Breathing exercises. (Don’t do nearly enough.) Get more sleep. (Interrupted by anxiety!) Drink enough water. (I do.) Improve gut health/flora. (NHS has mucked me around for over a decade now re increasingly debilitating gut/allergy conditions. No help whatsoever.)

It’s a lovely morning outside. I just wish my physical self wasn’t blocking my mental self from seeing it. :/ ☀️

But I promise you, this is a real screenshot of what Trump has shared yesterday: A picture of God protecting him, containing a prayer asking God to strike down all enemies who [actual quote:] “what to harm him”.

After an entire week exposing Trump's crimes and extramarital affairs, he is sharing God memes — no political agenda, no vision for America.

@craiggrannell Ah was that how it worked? Word put it into frontpage? I vaguely remember having to use MS software to show I was proficient in IT for school. While also teaching people after hours how to use typo3 to put stuff on the local news site.

I’m feeling a little fragile this morning, no alcohol was consumed but I’ve got an excitement/mood hangover from last night’s wonderful event. So a bit tired, a little low, somewhat anxious. Trying to keep a lid on it, may take some anti-anxiety meds.

Meeting my old sixth form clique for lunch today, four of us are bringing our daughters age range 8-24! Then the Big Bash this evening. I’ve got my costume all ready! 😁

I managed to get out of the house and I’m in a cafe, doing something is making me feel slightly better. When I’ve finished my drink I’m going to complete the 30 minute power walk I started on my way here. See me making an effort? 🙃
