En France, on pousse les administrations à utiliser des services de messagerie chiffrée (et on remet ainsi potentiellement en cause le droit d'accès aux documents administratifs) et dans le même temps, les gouvernants utilisent leurs adresses mails professionnelles pour ouvrir des comptes personnels (#confusion) et choisissent des mots de passe triviaux.

Je vous laisse juger de la compréhension des enjeux liés numérique par certains de nos gouvernants...
