When the actual trial(s) are going on, pay attention to when (Meadows et al) lawyers object to anything. Those are the issues that they will raise on appeal, as either a point of law that was not considered or a process failure.

Appeals have to have a basis; it’s not just, “I don’t like the result of the trial!"
