Even though I've calmed down a bunch from the difficult peopling situation earlier this week, and diluted it with some more supportive, lowkey, neurospicy-friendly peopling since then, I am so glad I can take a day or so of no planned peopling whatsoever. The brain just needs a full brainwave reset to dispel the remaining bad vibes.

Sometimes I like to amuse myself by tallying which items of my outfit came from a "men's" department and which from a "women's" (per US retail designations). Today's tally:

"Men's": hat, t-shirt, denim shirt, cargo shorts, boxers, shoes
"Women's": hoodie, ankle socks

So... huzzah! My garb is spontaneously leaning into the masc dimension of my genderfluidity presentation sphere, and I'm loving that. 🏳️‍⚧️💖

Had another interpersonal meltdown yesterday. Still rattled from it. Mortified over losing my shit in a committee I'm trying to keep working with, but on reflection (and after debriefing with a witness), I have concluded I did not go off completely without provocation. I've become the neurospicy canary in the coal mine of repetitive, stalled-out meeting "discussion," ... and when I attempted to intervene and got talked-over, I went blooey.

The occupational therapist I'm seeing to help with CrankyBod crap recommended I try out guided meditations for sleep, so I googled one just now ... and after 10 seconds of Typical NewAgey Voice monotoning on and on about gliding down a river over a bad ambient-ish drone, I had to shut it off. Is there any such thing as a non-corny non-cringy guided meditation tape? 😅

Some annoying lower back pain today. Did I stress it in my sleep last night? When navigating in the shower yesterday? While forgetting about my posture during gaming that evening? ... oh yeah, I also spent an hour doing the Skeery Important Online Form yesterday afternoon. That would be the straw that, well, not broke, but aggravated the geezer's back. But at least I banished the Skeery Important Deadline anxiety. For now. 🤣

Once again I have managed to delay doing my tax return until the deadline is breathing down my neck. This year I do have moving cross-town as a valid-seeming excuse ... until one admits the move was back in January. Nope, this is just my usual mental dance between my Big Skeery Important Forms Anxiety and my Big Skeery Important Deadlines Anxiety, until I finally settle down and do the dang thing. Or file for an extension. 😜
