5 years ago “Door Dashing" in my small town was not possible, but conceivable.

Today Delivery-By-Drone is conceivable but not possible.

In 5 years the latter may be the norm, and the former, a short term blip in consumerism.

Frankly, I see delivery by drone as a good use of technology to eliminate wasteful car-based, low-wage jobs like food delivery.

    @grivettcarnac The credit company is charging the city so they aren't getting the taxes they are owed. You have to cover the processing fee so that the city gets the tax.

    I guess they could raise everyone's taxes by the amount they need to recover for the few that use credit cards.

    @kevinlovestech The one they use at asks for your State but only lists Provinces. I think the Saskatchewan parks campsite booking tool does that too. Or did.

    Just booked my first professional haircut in 2 years for tomorrow. I just need it cut shorter every few months. Wear a ballcap and no one questions it. Mom has done it. She's gone house sitting.

    Last time it was like $40 with tip, which is absurd.
