Papermc has nothing to do with mojang, so why should contact the microsoft support for help?

Ich bin aktuell dabei fรผr die Schule eine Umfrage รผber den Medienkonsum nach Altersgruppe zu erstellen (Fรผr Politik und Gesellschaft falls es euch interessiert).

I would like to refine my my coding skills. Currently I am capable of writing some python and bash code, not much more than the basics.

Haha, @netzpolitik_feed euer Spiel ist eine lustige Abwechslung.

Ein Spiel von Netzpoltik.org habe ich um ehrlich zu sein nicht erwartet, aber das macht es noch besser. SpaรŸ bei der Arbeit ist eben auch wichtig.

Ich weiรŸ jetzt auch, dass ich kein guter Bullshit Buster bin :D

@ErikUden Thats the reason, why we everyone needs the consciousness, that AI content can and will be wrong in many many cases,

And the second thing is: No matter how strong a filter is, there will always be a workaround. And there will always be a bias based on the data as an input.

You can do pretty naughty stuff with AI, but also pretty helpful stuff. And I guess there will be many people waiting for AI to be banned or censored, but the question is, if this can mitigate this problem. I am convinced that a ban is the wrong solution.

Also this bias can be used as an argument against open source ai, because open source ai would gibe such content to every user using it, because you potentially could remove the filter. But FOSS AI is important, yes you can abuse it, but thats the same discussion as with e.g. Tor

The thing we need is clarity over AI and its way of working for everyone.

Probably unpopular opinion but I hate push notifications. They just distract me from what Iโ€™m doing and put me into stress e.g. if I have to respond to something. I check my mails regularly and have no pressure on how quick I do that because itโ€™s only private mail and urgent things come via WhatsApp what I also check regularly for new messages.
Why would you need some little boxes on your screen that pressure you?

@Emily My solution is the focus mode.

I don't know any situation, where (in my case) an answer should be immediately.

If its really urgent, then someone should call me.

Calls will only go through if someone calls two times in three minutes. So if its really important I will probably hear from it, but otherwise it will be blocked.

@Emily Yes, on the page where you can specify persons, who can send messages (or start a call), there's the option for repetitive calls.

@Emily I use IPad for school related stuff and an IPhone (all of my phones where Iphones).

The good thing is, that everything is working seamlessly on IOS, but the thing I hate is the closed ecosystem.

Some really neat open source apps are only available on android, so sometimes I tought about switching.

I don't really use my phone for much more than messaging, watching videos or being on mastodon.

So Its not for a specific reason, I'm only used to it :D

@Emily Thats also the thing when switching to Linux. Nobody outside of the Linux and tech community will understand why you are doing this, because "Windows is working, why should I switch to Linux"

@heiseonline Genau Meta, Datenschutz fรผr Geld war genau der Grund wieso die DSGVO existiert. :ironie:โ€‹

Es ist doch bestimmt nicht legal Geld zu verlangen, damit man gesetzeskonforme Produkte bekommt. Aber Meta ist das in Sachen Nutzerrechte ja bekanntlich sowieso egal, weil es wird sie sowieso niemand deswegen nachhaltig vor Gericht bringen und damit schรคdigen.

Man sieht wie sehr der Kunde im Vordergrund steht (er steht hinten verdeckt durch einen Vorhang).
