This week in KDE: HDR is coming to the Plasma desktop🖥️!

https://pointieststick.com/2023/05/20/this-week-in-kde-preliminary-hdr-support/

https://zamundaaa.github.io/wayland/2023/05/18/hdr-and-color-management-in-kwin.html

HDR changes the luminance and colors of graphics, allowing for brighter and more detailed highlights, darker and more-detailed shadows, and a wider array of intense colors.

Graphic comparing the color in the sRGB colorspace (the triangle), commonly used in modern desktop environments, to what a human eye can actually perceive (the grey surrounding area).
