For over a decade Philips Hue offered lights that work without sharing your data to the cloud. This is changing soon and we need your help to make some noise to convince them to revert this decision.
@homeassistant So glad we've already got great local-only migration options like Zigbee2MQTT (which I use) and ZHA- unfortunately seems inevitable that companies are going to continue to be pushed twords collecting more data from smart home devices.
I fully assume they'll need to as part of changing over to the European tail light configuration anyways, but still, hopefully they can learn from that and improve the US models too.
Just for fun, I called Elon a buffoon on Twitter, refreshed the page and I was immediately rate limited. I then closed the tab and deleted all my cookies. That site is a dumpster fire. I keep the username so know one else takes it.

For example, take this post of mine on LinkedIn. If you view the source, you'll see this scrap of linked data: <script type="applicati…
@Edent Love to see support for this- I hadn't messed with Schema.org metadata much until recently, but when building the @kuow_bot (since they don't support RSS, grr), it was super handy since they publish pretty extensive metadata that way
@trashheap DeSantis is terrifying too. I don't think he's likely to get the R nomination, but still, I’ll support Biden over either of them every time.
@Edent K9-Mail is the best one I've found so far- it's now part of the Thunderbird family, and appears to be getting a bit of a facelift in recent updates, making the UI more friendly.
Very impressed by the way that the biden administration has sent me a fund raising email every day since he announced he was running for re-election. Especially since this email address didn't exist when he ran the first time. :ms_grimace:
