@StillIRise1963 I have advised so many people that they need to be more aggressive when their businesses mistreating them.

They pay to inconvenience you. If they do not pay you, you should not be inconvenienced. It sometimes sucks to have to push back but heart attacks at work are very costly.

@StillIRise1963 young people with few strong leaders and constant dragons at their doors have left us feeling vulnerable.

They outrank the dragons and are close to figuring that out, I think.

Narcissists tend to avoid eyes by closing them, pretending to sleep, ignoring people, etc. as a powerplay.

People are more comfortable thinking of Trump as a powerful man manipulating the systems around him instead of the system being managed by tons and tons of small connected parts and Trump being asleep.

As one potential and the most likely... imo.

I happen to like breaded fried tofu, sir. It provides texture and easy to get protein without having to explain nutritional chemistry to the man in the window.

A few months ago I learned that you can buy tofu packaged from almost any store. They make it in both firm and extra-firm varieties but the young lady at the store didn't know what the differences were and told me something like, "I think it's firmer?" and then laughed.

I have learned that if I drain it and put something heavy on it, it feels more like the jerky stuff the chinese places serve here when you ordered it fried.

The TL;DR - I have not, no. :blobcatgiggle:

So I have an air fryer that I had thought about trying to use to make it more crispy than what I know how to do. BUt I'm afraid it will catch on fire and the last time I did that I was a renter and the property management team was very angry... I don't want to piss off the HOA.

Mine is my oven? I just press a button and its supposed to do it? Its new and I'm learning still but it seems to make chips and tater tots and such crunchy pretty easy.

so. in January I was in a bad car accident. fractured spine, ruptured discs, cracked pelvis, broken arm. last 4 months have been v hard. tonight though I'm going back to my adult dance class for the first time. I wasn't sure I'd ever even walk properly again so this is a moment for me. a good one
