the last image from my dream was getting in to a black toyota van that was covered in moss a foot thick, like a mobile forest floor. the driver, who was my spouse but somehow more feral (a feat), explained that the moss protected a mycelial network that was somehow powering the van. and now i want a fungus bus.

Starting a thread on the different types of tofu and how to cook them. (Some of these are vegan, some are not. In Chinese cooking, tofu is not a vegan protein):

1. Egg tofu

This is one of my fave tofus. It isn't vegan. It's made with soy beans AND eggs. It has a eggy taste that egg lovers will love; but that goes way entirely when it's panfried lightly.

If I organized an unconference in the Bay Area for non-AI focused technologists, investors and companies hiring for non-AI positions would you be interested in attending? Sponsoring (with $ or contributions like space)? Volunteering? Non-AI because there is a surplus of AI focused events and while my first startup did machine learning I’m more interested in solving real problems for real people than the latest fad and hype cycle. Unconference but will have some structure.
